Owners Daniel Combs and Brian Dahl purchased the Syndicate in 1996.  Already an established and highly reputable salon, under their leadership Syndicate Salon formed a vital partnership with L’Oréal Professionnel, Paris, the worlds most recognized and innovative beauty company.

Syndicate Salon’s noted apprentice program to develop and nurture artistic talent, led to a natural collaboration as a “preview” salon to support the revolutionary innovation from L’Oréal Professionnel.

Only one of a few discriminately selected salons in North America to preview INOA, the only no ammonia, no peroxide permanent hair color, Combs and Dahl are reinventing the salon experience with  the art of pure luxury in their newly designed salon.

Daniel Combs has contributed to the industry creating various products for well established brands and notoriety as a celebrity stylist and TV personality.

Brain Dahl is formally degreed in business and finds his greatest pleasure in executing his artistic talent with clients, celebrities, and as a TV personality.

SALON POLICIES

We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you cancel your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service.

Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
